Successful Community Event Marketing Brings Holiday Cheer to Families in Need
Tucker Marketing Group was delighted to help Horizon Rehabilitation bring its unique Hilton Head community event to life. Our challenge was to create a compelling identity and marketing campaign to draw attention to Horizon’s toy drive supporting the Deep Well Project of Hilton Head and the festive Nutcracker 5K Race.
Our efforts began by developing a strong logo and visual identity that captured the spirit of the event. We designed posters and print collateral to be distributed throughout the area, raising awareness and encouraging participation. To highlight the toy drive, we strategically placed toy drop-off boxes around the island while promoting the whimsical Nutcracker 5K Race. Leveraging our relationship with the Hilton Head Dance Theatre, we brought the race to life by featuring dancers and characters from The Nutcracker, a beloved annual local holiday production. Race participants were also encouraged to join the fun by wearing colorful tutus.
Maximizing Reach and Impact Through Strategic Promotion
To amplify our reach, we developed engaging website landing pages, dynamic promotional videos, and press releases to maximize exposure. Our campaign employed a multi-channel strategy to ensure that the event captured the community's attention and inspired participation.
Our collaboration with the event organizer, Go Tri Sports, resulted in a record-breaking turnout. The event successfully raised thousands of dollars and collected hundreds of toys for deserving local families through the Deep Well Project of Hilton Head, bringing holiday cheer to many in need.
